Profesor Ekonomskog fakulteta u Beogradu Ljubodrag Savić kaže da Telekom Srbija TTELEKdobro radi i da ne razume zašto Vlada Srbije hoće da tu kompaniju proda.
Savić ukazuje da je Telekom jedna od najboljih kompanija u Srbiji koja „u uslovima oštre konkurencije ima najveći profit i najveći broj korisnika”.
„A pritom, Telekom posluje efikasno, uprkos tome što za razliku od svoja dva konkurenta (Telenora i Vipa) ima partijsko upravljanje, koje mu smeta. Zato ja ne razumem zašto se Telekom prodaje, kada već dobro radi, pošto bi trebalo da se prodaju one firme koje rade loše, a ne obratno“, kaže Savić.
Prema njegovom mišljenju, ako je država ipak odlučila da Telekom proda, onda treba da zna da ekonomskih razloga zbog kojih bi se moglo očekivati postizanje više cene – nema.
„Iz dva razloga. Prvi je da svi znaju kakva je Telekomova konkurencija ovde i koliki je njegov deo kolača na koji mogu da računaju. S druge strane, 2009. godine je Telenor takođe bio u Srbiji, ali je Vip bio nerazvijen, tako da je eventualni kupac Telekoma mogao da očekuje potencijalno veći kolač nego danas“, kaže Savić.
„Drugi razlog je to što se u razvijenom delu sveta, a naročito u evrozoni, ništa naročito nije promenilo nabolje od 2009. do danas. U evrozoni ekonomska kriza i dalje traje, tako da ni to ne daje povoda za stav da bi se sada moglo dobiti više novca za Telekom“, upozorava Savić.
On, međutim, navodi jedan mogući argument u korist tvrdnje da će država uspeti da našu najveću telekomunikacionu kompaniju proda za veći novac.
„Jedino ako postoji politički dogovor, poput onog koji je napravljen kada je prodavan NIS, mada vidimo kako se to završilo. Moguće je da je premijer Aleksandar Vučić napravio neki preliminarni dogovor sa nekom od zemalja koje imaju vlasništvo u nekoj telekomunikacionoj kompaniji i da na osnovu toga može da tvrdi tako nešto. To nije nešto loše i to se radi, pa je to jedini potencijalni razlog da budemo optimisti“, kaže Savić.
Što se tiče načina na koji bi novac od Telekoma trebalo da bude plasiran, ovaj ekspert je izričit u stavu da je jedini pravi put isključivo otplata kredita sa visokim kamatnim stopama.
„Nikako nije prihvatljiva ideja da se polovina tog novca iskoristi za ulaganje u privredu, jer svaki put kada je to urađeno, rezultati nisu bili oni koji su očekivani. Problem je što ljudi misle da je taj novac besplatan, pa ga ulažu vodeći se ne samo ekonomskim već i političkim motivima, a nekad čak i primarno političkim. Međutim, taj novac nije besplatan, već košta minimum onoliko koliko koštaju najjeftiniji krediti koje je naša država uzela, a koji bi mogli da budu otplaćeni tim novcem“, zaključuje Savić.
